Would somebody so kind to help me identify this font (at least, letters "J" and "P"):

This looks like custom lettering. See how the two 'f's look different. The same with the 'e's.

I couldn't fins nay fonts that have a J or P similar to your sample.

I am fully agree with you. Although, suppose that the differences you specify are stylistic alternates (or we can just ignore them). What font in this case could be taken as a basis (or, more precisely, what font could be most similar to it).

Custom lettering means the logo is not based on a font. It's drawn by hand. That makes it impossible to find a font that comes close to it.
