Is the newspaper really old or a new design?
If it's old, some of the fonts may not survived the digital era...

"INTERNATIONAL WIZARD..." & "MAGICAL..." look like "Coliseum", available from Red Rooster and URW++:

I can't find something close to "REWARD"

It's prop newspaper from upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie. It was shown in trailer. As I know all typefaces are fonts.

It's not a matter of picture quality (the previous picture was also good enough).
I think the 2 fonts I gave you in my previous answer are correct.
I still can't find any match for "REWARD" because I don't have it in my database (around 600.000 fonts).
It could be a new font...
