I didn't do any kind of special handling for the image I used in my first try.
I just took a screenshot of the forum's page and gave it the letters B e r y. That's all.

Is it working OK for you now?

Sometimes the Selection Tolerance can play an important role, especially if you have it at extreme values from previous uses of the program. Best to leave it in the middle.

Yep the weird thing is I to took the img from here and tried again and I get the same result as you.
Must be stuff I am doing with the original img I used. Thanks again harris.
