You sample is too small to be sure, but it looks like Habana Sweets NF by Nick Curtis [2012], check the following link:

The font is called Sesame by Dieter Steffmann and can be downloaded from dafont

Yeah, this come really to the font, but this font dont have dont two lines, and example the S, this very small line is wrong.

There is no "S" in the samples you uploaded - only a "C".
The 2 horizontal lines on "A" crossbar will disappear and will show as one in such a small sample like yours.
If you have more letters or a better sample (higher resolution) please upload it.
