Can't find an exact match either. It looks a bit like like House Sampler (UnitedStencil) by House-Industries, but the resolution is so low i can't verify that:

See if this helps you can zoom in and see it a bit better but in FMF it doesn't work.

Hey fivos I just found a better one but I still can't get FMF to find it maybe you know by looking at it or it's just not in the data base.
