Thank you for your report and workaround.
We have encountered a similar issue in the past with customers having a 4K monitor.
Here's a different workaround that involves using a third party custom manifest.txt file (see attachment).
The workaround steps are relatively simple:
- You copy the attached findmyfont.exe.manifest at the folder where findmyfont.exe has been installed
- Go to this link and follow the instructions under section After you install the hotfix to use the regedit Microsoft utility and add a specific key & value to the registry:
If this is not working for you, then you probably encountered a different issue.
Please let me know if the above workaround works better for you.
