I just got a brand-new laptop (extremely high resolution screen, 3840x2160) and the first time I opened the program it appeared unreadably tiny on this monster screen. I was able to get it to scale up correctly by right-clicking on the findmyfont.exe and choosing Properties, Compatibility, and checking "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and then choosing System (enhanced) from the drop-down box, but it's fairly fuzzy on this screen when scaled up this way. Perhaps this could be addressed in a future update?

Hello,

Thank you for your report and workaround.

We have encountered a similar issue in the past with customers having a 4K monitor.
Here's a different workaround that involves using a third party custom manifest.txt file (see attachment).

The workaround steps are relatively simple:
  1. You copy the attached findmyfont.exe.manifest at the folder where findmyfont.exe has been installed
  2. Go to this link and follow the instructions under section After you install the hotfix to use the regedit Microsoft utility and add a specific key & value to the registry:

If this is not working for you, then you probably encountered a different issue.

Please let me know if the above workaround works better for you.

In any case we will try and resolve this issue in the next release.

Kind regards,
