Hi,

I can't see any connection issues on our servers.

Which OS are you using? Which Find my Font version?
Did the application connect to the server before?
Has something changed regarding your company Network configuration?
Do you use a proxy to connect to internet?
Have you installed an Antivirus or Firewall software which may be blocking Find my Font internet access?

Please try to perform a "Help" => "Check for updates" operation.
(this is another test to check whether the Find my Font servers are available or not through your network)
