Hi, I have installed a new operating system on my pc. I re downloaded and tried to activate on the new os but it will not let me. How can I fix this?

Hi,

You can always download the latest version of the software by entering your License No at the following URL:
www.findmyfont.com/index.php/members/product-update

Starting from v3.2.00, Find my Font allows you to deactivate the license (by clicking on "Deactivate License" button) and then install/activate it again on the same or a new computer, as usual. You can even fo the Deactivation on your new computer/installation.
If you Install and then Deactivate & Activate again the product should work fine on your fresh O/S installation.
