I just completed payment for the Pro version of your software, according to the e-mail I've received but I have not received any links to download the pro version and no payments are appearing under my account section. Please advise what is happening here and how it can be rectified.

I just get noticed of this situation and I was writing an email to you.

In short: There was an timeout error in our server during your purchase.
As a result, your payment has successfully completed but the email with your license number and details, never send to you.
I will send you (by email) in 5 mins all steps required to download Find my Font pro
and retrieve your License number.
