I had to reinstall windows do to bad virus and now It wont let me reactivate.
It says it's already in use on a different computer...error...help!!

(preferably using the email account associated with your license)
and we'll reset your License to be able to activate it again.

Ok, I just reset your License.
It should be OK now, please try to activate it again ;)
