| Dear Customers, At 1/1/2013 our service provider updated the Apache-Web-Service on the servers hosting the Online-Matching database of Find My Font. As a result the Online Matching operation has stopped working on all Find My Font editions (Free-Trial & Pro) by displaying a "Server Connection" error. | I just started getting a server error connection when I tried to use this program today. I use the Pro edition. I am using version 3.1.00. Should I download the 3.1.01 to fix this? Thanks! |

| I would suggest upgrading to the latest version anyway (v3.1.03). Your problem is probably related to the server migration issue though. We recently moved our online matching to new servers and you may be trying to access the old ones. It takes up to 48 hours for the name server changes to propagate through the internet.
