Some time ago I lost everything I had on my CPU and now I'm on the process of rebuilding it again and I need to download the Pro Version of Find My Font, for I already bought it before. On the findmyfont.com I managed to access my validation information but can't access the download link. The only option is buying it again. Is there an alternate link to download the pro version?
Also, my e-mail address changed since I bought the license and I haven't found any information on how to update it. Is there a way to do so?

you may download the latest Find my Font Pro version by entering your license number here:
www.findmyfont.com/download/product-update

When you move the software in a new computer or you update your Windows installation, please follow these steps:

a) Run Find my Font and go to menu: Help => License Information, enter your email & License-No (if required) and click on [Deactivate License]
Note that:
1. If you don't have access to your old computer/installation you can perform the Deactivation on your new one
2. The Deactivation is required even if the License status is "Pending Activation".

b) Run Find my Font again, enter your email & License No and click on [Activate]

If you need to update your email, please send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating both the old & new email you want to use.

We, so far all I have is an email with this site.

I've paid for my download, but as the download failed trying to get my copy of Find a Font Pro, I have no app yet. .

But, to be able to get this download again I need a license from your website. .

But, I have received no license yet, I presume in an email I am yet to receive?

You should have received your license number via email at the time of purchase.
