Question:
I have downloaded the Free edition and I cannot identify this font. It should be easy. It's on my computer.

Answer:
In order to properly identify fonts you have to keep in mind that:
  • 'Find my Font' identifies fonts you have on YOUR computer. It will not identify a font if you don't have it.
  • The Free version will only read 900 fonts from your computer. If you have more fonts, it is possible that the program reaches the 900 limit before processing the correct (matching) font. In that case you will not get the desired result
  • By default (after installation) 'Find my Font' looks only at the installed fonts. If you have fonts located in other folders in your computer, you have to tell the program where you have the fonts (see the Fonts>FontSets Setup command)
