Hello,

Just tried to install the new version on Catalina but it does not seem to work on my macbook pro...

Hi Olivier, this is probably the Gatekeeper, an Apple feature that prevents you from opening applications not signed by Apple.
The first time you open the application you need to do it this way:

"[...] you can bypass Gatekeeper restrictions by control-clicking the application and selecting <strong>Open</strong> from the pop-up menu. A new alert warns you the software is unverified
by Apple and may contain malicious software, but you can still choose to
<strong>Open</strong> it anyway. [..]

I don't speak french, but the message you attached in your first message say exactly this:
"I can't open Find my Font because the developer cannot be verified"
So I suppose this is the problem.

Would you please let me know the following:
1. Do you get this error message when (a) you try to open the DMG file, (b) when you try to install the application by moving it out of DMG or (c) when you try to run the application after you have moved it to e.g. the Applications folder?
[ If it's (a) then try to download the update again ]

2. Have you tried to 'control-click' the application and choose 'open' on the pop-up menu?
What was the result? Do you get any error messages?

3. Have you installed any third-party anti-virus or anti-malware applications?
If yes, tell us which of them and/or try to temporary disabled them or add Find my Font on their white list

4. If your continue to get an error message when you run the application, please translate any error messages to English to be able to help you.
